Aliskon's mission is to improve people's lives through learning. We enable anyone everywhere to create and share educational programs (instructors) and enroll in these programs for learning purposes (students). We believe our platform model is the best way to deliver valuable educational content to our users. We need rules to keep our platform and services safe for you, for us, and for our student and instructor community. These Terms apply to all your activities on the Aliskon website, Aliskon mobile applications, TV applications, APIs and other related services ("Services").

1. Accounts

For most activities on our platform, you need an account. Keep your password in a safe place; You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. Many activities on our platform require an account, including purchasing and participating in a program or submitting a program for publication. You must provide and continue to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, to create and maintain your account. You are solely responsible for your account and everything that happens in your account, including any damage or loss (to us or anyone else) caused by someone using your account without your consent. This means you have to be careful with your password. You may not transfer your account to someone else or use someone else's account without permission. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not provide that access to you unless you are able to provide us with the login credentials for that account. If a user dies, that user's account will be closed.

You cannot share your account login credentials with anyone else. You are responsible for anything that happens on your account, and Aliskon does not intervene in disputes between instructors or students sharing account login credentials. Students and instructors must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Aliskon and use the Services. If you are under the age of 18 but over the age required to be authorized to use online services where you live (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in Ireland), you cannot create an account, but we recommend that you invite a parent or guardian to create an account and help you enroll in courses that are suitable for you. Thank you. You may not create an Aliskon account if you are younger than the age required for consent to use the online services. If we learn that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will terminate your account. Under our Instructor Terms, you may be asked to verify your identity so that you may be allowed to submit a program for publication on Aliskon.

2. Program Enrollment

When you sign up for a program, you receive a license from us to view the program through Aliskon Services and not for any other use. Do not attempt to transfer or resell your courses in any way.

Under our Instructor Terms, instructors grant Aliskon a license to offer program licenses to students when they publish a program on Aliskon. This means that we have the right to sub-license the program to students enrolled in the program. When you enroll in a paid or free program as a student, you receive a license from Aliskon to view the course through the Aliskon platform and Services; the licensee of the record is Aliskon. The programs are not sold to you; programs are licensed. This license does not give you any right to resell the program in any way (including sharing account information with a buyer or illegally recording the course and sharing it on torrent sites).

In legal and more complete terms, Aliskon will only allow you (as a student) to access programs and related content through the Services for your own personal, non-commercial, educational grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and participate in them for your purposes. All other uses are expressly prohibited. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, transfer, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lease, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works of, or sub-program any program, unless we have given express permission to the contrary in a written agreement signed by an Aliskon authorized representative. You may not license it or otherwise transfer or use it. This also applies to content you can access through any of our APIs.

When they enroll in a program, we issue a participation license to our students for the specified program dates. However, accessing or participating in and using programs at any time when we decide to or are obliged to block access to or participation in a program for legal or policy reasons, such as when the program you are enrolled in is the subject of a copyright complaint or when we determine that its content violates our Trust and Safety Guidelines. We reserve the right to revoke the license.

Instructors may not license students directly to their programs, and such direct licenses are void and void and violate these Terms.

3. Payments, Loans and Repayments

When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you are not satisfied with the program, Aliskon offers a 30-day refund or credit period for most program purchases.

3.1 Pricing

The prices of courses at Aliskon are determined based on the Instructor Terms and  The conditions of our Promotion Policy. In some cases, the program price offered on the Aliskon website may not be exactly the same as the price offered in our mobile or TV applications due to the mobile platform provider's pricing systems and policies regarding sales and promotions.

We regularly run promotions and discounts on our programs, and certain programs are offered at discounted prices for a limited time only. The price applicable to a program is the price that applies when you complete the purchase of the program (at the time of payment). The price offered for a particular program when you sign in to your account may differ from the price offered to users who are not registered or logged in, as some of our promotions are only available to new users.

If you're signed in to your account, the listed currency you see is based on your location at the time you created your account. If you are not signed in to your account, the price currency depends on the country you are in. We do not allow users to view other currencies.

If you are a student located in a country with use and sales tax, goods and services tax or value added tax for consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and reporting this tax to the relevant tax authorities. Depending on your location, the price you see may include such taxes, or tax may be added at checkout.

3.2 Payments

You agree to pay the fees for the programs you purchase, and you authorize us to withdraw funds from your debit or credit card or process other forms of payment (such as direct debit or mobile wallet) for these fees. Aliskon works with third-party payment processing partners to provide you with the most convenient payment methods in your country and keep your payment information secure. You agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method when you make a purchase. If your payment method fails and you continue to access the program you have registered for, you agree to pay us the applicable fees within seven (7) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to block access to programs for which we are not adequately paid.

3.3 Repayments and Repayment Loans

If the program you purchased is not what you expected, you can request Aliskon to refund your account within 3 days after purchasing the program. We reserve the right to issue your refund in the form of a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our sole discretion, based on the capabilities of our payment processing partners, the platform from which you purchased the program (website, mobile or TV app) or other factors. No refund will be provided if you make a claim after the 3-day warranty period has elapsed. However, if a previously purchased program has been disabled for legal or policy reasons, you will still be entitled to a refund after the 3-day limitation. Aliskon also reserves the right to refund students after the 3-day limitation in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud.

If we decide to give refund credits to your account, these credits are automatically applied to your next program purchase on our website, but cannot be used for purchases in our mobile or TV apps. In all cases, unless otherwise required by applicable law, repayment credits become invalid and have no cash value if not used within a specified period of time.

If, in our sole discretion, we believe that you have abused our refund policy (such as if you have used a large amount of a program for which you want a refund, or have previously received a refund for a program), we may refuse your request for a refund, block your account, and/or block any future Service We reserve the right to limit your uses. If we block your account or block your access to a program for violating these Terms or our Trust and Security Principles, you will not be eligible for any refunds.

3.4 Gift and Promotional Codes

Aliskon or our business partners can offer gifts and promotional codes to students. Certain codes may be redeemed as gifts or promotional credits applied to your Aliskon account and then used to purchase eligible programs on our platform, subject to the terms provided with your codes. Some codes can only be used directly for certain programs. Gift or promotional credits cannot be used for purchases in our mobile or TV apps.

These codes and credits and any promotional value associated with them may expire if they are not used within the period specified in your Aliskon account. Gift and promotional codes offered by Aliskon are non-redeemable unless otherwise stated in the terms provided with your codes or otherwise required by applicable law. Gift and promotional codes offered by a partner are subject to that partner's refund policies. If you have more than one registered credit amount, Aliskon can decide which credits will be applied to your purchase. 4. Content and Code of Conduct

You may only use Aliskon for legal purposes. You are responsible for all content you post on our platform. Comments, questions, posts, programs, and other content you upload must always comply with our Confidence and Security Principles and the law, and you must respect the intellectual property rights of others. In case of repeated or major offenses we may block your account. Let us know if you think someone is violating your copyright on our platform.

You may not access, use, or create an account for any unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and your behavior on our platform must comply with local or national laws or regulations in your country. It is your sole responsibility to be aware of and comply with such laws and regulations that apply to you.

If you're a student, the Services allow you to ask questions and post comments about courses from the instructors of the programs you're enrolled in. For certain programs, the instructor may invite you to submit content in the form of "homework" or quizzes. Do not post or post anything that does not belong to you.

If you're an instructor, you can submit a program for publication on the platform and also communicate with students enrolled in your course. In both cases, you must obey the law and respect the rights of others; You may not post any programs, replies, comments or other content that violates local or national laws or regulations applicable in the Republic of Turkey. Notifying us that your program or content violates the law or the rights of others (for example, if it is determined that it violates the intellectual property or image rights of others or is related to illegal activity), we learn that your content or behavior violates our Trust and Security Principles, or that your content or behavior is illegal , we may remove your content from our platform if we believe it is inappropriate or unacceptable (for example, if you are posing as someone else). Aliskon uses its own discretion when applying these Terms and our Confidence and Security Principles. We believe in any breach of these Terms, your failure to pay due fees, requests from law enforcement or government, prolonged inactivity with your account, unexpected technical issues or problems, suspected fraud or illegal activity, or any other action in our sole discretion. We may terminate or suspend your consent to use the platform and our Services or block your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including cause. After such termination, we may delete your account and content and prevent you from accessing our platforms and using our Services in the future. Your content may continue to be available on our platforms when your account is terminated or suspended. You agree that we have no liability to you or any other third party if your account is terminated, your content is removed, or your access to our platforms and services is blocked.

5. Aliskon's Rights Regarding the Content You Post

You retain ownership of the content you upload to our platform, including your programs. We are allowed to share your content with anyone through any media, including advertising or promoting it through other websites.

The content (including programs) you publish as a student or instructor remains yours. By posting the program or other content, you allow Aliskon to reuse and share it, but you do not forfeit any ownership rights you may have in your content. If you are an Instructor, make sure you understand the course licensing terms described in the Instructor Terms.

When you post content, comments, questions and comments, and send us ideas and suggestions about new features or improvements, Aliskon is authorized to use this content and share it with anyone, distribute and promote it on any platform and in any medium, and make changes or edits as we see fit. you give.

In legal terms, when you post or post content on or through platforms, we tell you to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify your content (including your name and image) in any medium or distribution method (currently available or in the future). 6. Using Aliskon at Your Own Risk

Anyone can use Aliskon to create and publish programs. We allow instructors and students to interact for learning and teaching purposes. Like other platforms where people can share and interact with content, there may be some downsides. Using Aliskon is at your own risk.

Due to our platform model, we do not review or edit our programs to check for legal issues. In addition, we are not in a position to determine whether the content of the program is legally appropriate. We do not make any editorial adjustments to the content offered on the platform and therefore do not warrant that the programs are in any way reliable, valid, accurate or genuine. If you enroll in a program, relying on information provided by any instructor is at your own risk.

By using the Services, you may be exposed to content that you consider offensive, indecent or objectionable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Aliskon has no responsibility to keep you away from such content and has no obligation to access or sign up for any program. This; This also applies to any program related to health, wellness and physical exercise. You accept the risks and dangers inherent in the compelling nature of such programs, and by enrolling in such programs you voluntarily choose to assume such risks, including sickness, bodily injury, disability or death. You are responsible for the choices you make before, during, and after enrolling in a program.

When you interact directly with a student or instructor, you should be careful about the types of personal information you share. Although we have limited the types of information that instructors can request from students, we do not control what students and instructors do with information they receive from other users on the platform. For your own safety, you should not share your e-mail or other personal information about you.

We do not recruit or employ instructors or are responsible for any interactions that occur between instructors and students. We are not responsible for any dispute, claim, loss, injury or damage of any kind that may arise out of or in connection with the conduct of instructors or students.

When you use our services, you will find links to other websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content or other aspects of these third-party sites, including their collection of information about you. 7. Aliskon's Rights

We own the Aliskon platform and Services, including the website, current or future applications and services, and things like our logos, API, code, and content developed by our employees. You may not tamper with or use them without permission.

All rights and interests in the Aliskon platform and Services, including our website, current and future applications, APIs, databases, and content submitted or submitted by our employees and business partners through the Services (but excluding content provided by instructors and students), Aliskon and are and will remain the exclusive property of the licensees. 8. Various Legal Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, that provision will be deemed to have been replaced by a valid, enforceable provision closest to the purpose of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms will remain in effect.

Even if we are delayed in exercising our rights in a situation or if we do not exercise a right, this does not mean that we waive our rights under these Terms and we may decide to exercise our rights in the future. Our decision to waive any of our rights in a particular situation does not mean that we are waiving our rights generally or in the future.
